We have been helping EMI since 2007.  

The two key business objectives behind our involvement have been to develop and implement initiatives to reduce overhead and to further the integration of best practice globally. This has included:

  1. Reducing the London office cost base by £5.4M PA
  2. A global portfolio review leading to specific cost reduction projects
  3. Developing a global property process and approval system
  4. Acting as the in-house property team for all property activities across 38 countries.
