We have worked with Telefónica (O2 in the UK) since 2006.  During this time, we have:

  1. Managed the strategy and acquisition of the new campus HQ delivering significant cost, space and CO2 savings
  2. Led the six month disposal process of 150 retail stores
  3. Tendered the workload for all outsourced estates activities leading to significant efficiencies and cost savings
  4. Developed an ongoing space, cost and flexibility strategy for call centres, data centres and cell site portfolio.
