Since 2005, we have been advising WPP with an aim to help reduce their property lifecycle costs whilst providing better quality office space.
Each project has delivered savings in some form with the approach to each transaction being measured against the underlying effect on the profit and loss account and cash flow.
During this time, we have also provided an analyst resource looking at the EMEA portfolio as a whole as well as at each individual transaction level.
